Stanley Williams was an English dancer who trained at the Royal Danish Ballet School, danced as a Principal Dancer at the Royal Danish Ballet, who then became a ballet instructor. At George Balanchine's invitation, Stanley Williams taught class at the School of American Ballet for over 30 years.
